The Role
As an ERP Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders across multiple business functions to understand requirements, identify process improvements, and support the delivery of ERP solutions.
You will be responsible for analysing business processes, documenting requirements, and collaborating with project teams to ensure ERP modules are designed and implemented effectively. This role offers the opportunity to influence business-critical systems within a global organisation operating in a highly regulated industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements across multiple departments and functions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and ERP solution designs.
- Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and project stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Support the configuration, testing, and deployment of ERP modules and enhancements.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions to capture business needs.
- Ensure ERP solutions align with business objectives, operational requirements, and industry best practices.
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, process maps, and requirements artefacts.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across ERP systems and business processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on ERP systems.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business processes across areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, or Operations.
- Expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, process mapping, and documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical system solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities.
- Ability to work independently within a remote environment.
Desirable Skills
- Experience working within pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
- Knowledge of ERP implementation and transformation projects.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Experience supporting change management and user adoption activities.
- Understanding of data migration, system integration, and ERP reporting solutions.
